Founder & Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Hui Zhang is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB, College ID: R524643) licensed to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. She holds both a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law from China and is also a licensed lawyer and arbitrator in China, as well as a panelist with the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre.
With extensive experience in Canadian immigration law, Hui provides strategic guidance on a wide range of immigration matters, helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate Canada’s immigration system with confidence.
In addition to her immigration practice, Hui has taught both the Immigration Practitioner Program and the Immigration Consultant Assistant Program. Passionate about education and knowledge sharing, she regularly writes about Canadian immigration topics and delivers seminars to aspiring immigration professionals. She is also the author of Canadian Immigration Handbook (2022), which is widely available in public libraries across Canada, and continues to develop new publications to support immigration professionals and newcomers alike.
Operations & Communications
Daray (Hengjie) Lei supports the day-to-day operations of PinMo Canada Immigration and is often the first point of contact for clients. Having lived in China, Canada, and Japan, she understands firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new country and navigating different cultures.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, she is an Associate Member of the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia (STIBC) and is working toward becoming a certified translator, allowing her to assist with certified document translations in the future.
With a background in customer service, communications, and education through the JET Programme in Japan, she is committed to providing every client with a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience.
