Do I need a consultation before working with PinMo Canada Immigration?

Yes. We recommend booking an initial consultation so we can assess your situation, determine the best immigration pathway, and provide you with a personalized quote.

How much do your services cost?

Our consultation fee is CAD 300 plus 5% tax per hour. .
For all other immigration services, fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis, as the complexity of every application is different. After your consultation, we will provide you with a quote outlining our professional service, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Do your quotes include everything?

Our quotes cover our professional service fees only unless otherwise stated. They do not include third-party costs such as government processing fees, application fees, language tests, medical examinations, police certificates, translation services, courier fees, or other required expenses.

Can you help if my application has been refused?

Yes. We regularly assist clients with previous refusals through appropriate avenues, e.g., re-apply, reconsideration, appeal to the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) or Refugee Appeal Division (RAD), restoration of status, etc. We also deal with inadmissibility issues, and other complex immigration matters. Please let us know about your situation when booking your consultation with us.

Do you guarantee my application will be approved?

No one can guarantee the outcome of an immigration application, as all decisions are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the appropriate government authority. What we can promise is that we ensure the quality of our service to you. .

Can you help me choose the right immigration program?

That is what we do. Canada has various immigration programs. Which one suits you depending on your individual circumstances. During your consultation, we’ll assess your eligibility, explain the available options to you, and walk you through the process.

How long will my application take?

Processing times vary depending on the immigration program. We can provide an estimated timeline based on your application, but eventually, they are determined by IRCC. Also, the processing times may change. They are updated by IRCC on a weekly basis.

Do I need to be in Canada to apply?

It depends on the program you apply for. Most foreign nationals need to submit their initial applications outside Canada, especially applying for temporary residence. . We’ll advise you on the requirements for your specific situation.

What languages do you provide service in?

We provide services in English and Mandarin.
